A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I had an eye emergency and my Kimberley Optometrist was unavailable. Optometrist, Dr. Whitney Henker, of KOOTENAY FAMILY VISION CARE, in Cranbrook, helped me. K.F.V.C. Optometrists, and their staff, Diedra and Janice, helpful, approachable and encouraging. The positives: great parking available, easy to find, ground floor access. Their space offers privacy and up-to-date diagnostic equipment. The office is modern and clean with good lighting (an easy access, comfortable waiting room). Their varying frames/lens offerings are well displayed with adaptable packages to cater to even the most modest budget. A positive bonus: 'RevolutionPHR', is offered as a client's convenient, secure online portal access to your eye care record. Though I did not meet him, Dr. Don Henker works in this clinic.
